Camp profile
Punch It Gym
Lamai, Koh Samui
Punch It Gym publishes 9,600 baht a month and 400 baht a session, read off its own site on 2026-10-14. We check every camp here for 12 things it could state about itself, and this one states 11.
Nobody from this site has trained here. Everything filled in below was read off the camp’s own website on 2026-10-14, and the link is there so you can check the source yourself. Anything left blank is blank because the camp does not publish it. Camps put prices up without changing the page they are printed on, so confirm a figure with the camp before you send money.
Four public classes a day, two of them labelled beginner, and beds on the gym's own plot rather than farmed out to partner hotels. The rooms are priced by the night and published, which almost no camp in Thailand bothers to do. Fighter classes run but are not open to drop-ins, so the public timetable is the beginner and advanced sessions, six days a week. The gym is mid-move to a second site three and a half kilometres away and its own pages disagree about which address the classes run at, so confirm before booking. It also answers the two questions most camps dodge: the trainers have basic English with the fluent English at the desk, and there are no women-only classes but women train in every session.

A single class is 400 and two in a day 700. The week and month are published as flat tiers and the site does not say whether they cap sessions a day, so read them as the printed price and ask. Privates are 1,000 an hour, 9,000 for a ten hour pass, 1,500 for a pair with 500 for each extra person, and 2,500 at a hotel or villa. Rooms run from 1,440 a night for the gym fighter room up to 7,850, all on the gym's own grounds, with a stated discount of twenty five percent over thirty days and no figure attached to it.

What people ask about this camp
- How much is a month at Punch It Gym?
- Punch It Gym publishes 9,600 baht for an unlimited month, read off the camp's own site on 2026-10-14. Across the 26 of 44 camps listed on this site that publish a month, the figures run 3,999 to 18,000 baht with 10,000 in the middle, so this one sits below that middle. Camps raise prices without changing the page the old one is printed on, so confirm it with the camp before you send money.
- How much is a single session at Punch It Gym?
- One group session at Punch It Gym is 400 baht, read off the camp's own site on 2026-10-14. The 31 of 44 listed camps that publish a session price run 250 to 800 baht, with 450 in the middle. The session is the one rate on this site that reads across camps, because two hours of group training is close to the same thing everywhere, so it is the fairest number to set Punch It Gym against anywhere else here.
- Does Punch It Gym have accommodation on site?
- Yes. Punch It Gym says it has accommodation on site, and the cheapest room it publishes is 1,440 baht a night, read off the camp's own site on 2026-10-14. That is the camp's own lowest printed nightly rate and not the cost of a package: where a camp sells training and a bed as one price, this site leaves the room line blank rather than split a figure the camp never printed. Only 4 of the 23 camps here with rooms on site print a nightly rate at all.
- Is Punch It Gym good for beginners?
- Yes, on this site's reading of what the camp publishes about itself. Punch It Gym is listed as a good fit for total beginners. That is a judgment made at a desk from the camp's own material and not a verdict from the mats: nobody from this site has trained here, so treat it as a shortlist and ask the camp how a first session actually runs.
- How many sessions a day does Punch It Gym run?
- Punch It Gym publishes 4 sessions a day, read off the camp's own site on 2026-10-14. That is what the camp's own timetable prints rather than what anybody should plan on doing: a timetable says how many sessions are available, and how many of them you actually take is most of the difference between a training holiday and a camp.
- Has anyone from this site trained at Punch It Gym?
- No. Nobody from this site has trained at Punch It Gym, and the record says so at the top of the page rather than in a footer. Everything on it was read off the camp's own website on 2026-10-14, the link to that site is on this page so the source can be checked, and the fields left blank are blank because the camp does not publish them. 2 of the 44 camps listed here have been visited in person by anybody working on this site.
