Camp against camp

Bangkok Fight Lab or Eminent Air Muay Thai

Two camps in Bangkok, set against each other on what each one publishes about itself. Nothing below is our opinion of either.

The short version

A single group session is 600 THB at Bangkok Fight Lab and 500 THB at Eminent Air Muay Thai. They line up on 4 of the lines both camps publish.

Bangkok Fight Lab

Every figure includes 7 percent VAT and there is no contract. The month is the Hardcore Striking membership; all access across striking and grappling is 6,500 a month or 66,000 a year. A day pass is 1,100 and three days 2,750. A first class is 600 and comes off a membership bought the same day. The gym is an authorised DTV sponsor and sells visa packages at 30,000 for six months and 53,600 for a year.

Eminent Air Muay Thai

A day covering both sessions is 800 and ten sessions 4,500, the ten valid for three months from the day they are booked; ten privates are 9,000. The gym is open Monday to Friday, 06:30 to 19:00, and the two sessions inside that are both labelled fighters' training. The 07:30 one is a 10 km run, shadow boxing, four or five rounds on the bags, four or five on the pads, sparring and clinching, then weights and conditioning. The 15:30 one is a 5 km run, fifteen minutes of rope, half an hour of clinch work and sparring, bags, pads and conditioning. Every figure here sits on a page whose footer still reads 2022 and whose own counter says twenty-five years from a 1997 founding, so these are the prices the gym last published rather than prices it quoted this week.

Against the country

Each line runs from the cheapest figure listed camps print for that rate to the dearest, with Bangkok Fight Lab marked above the line, Eminent Air Muay Thai below it and the stretch between them inked. In baht, Bangkok Fight Lab first, then Eminent Air Muay Thai: one group session at 600 and 500, 100 apart inside a run of 550 that 31 of 44 listed camps print; a week, unlimited at 3,850 and 5,000, 1,150 apart inside a run of 3,700 that 21 of 44 listed camps print; a month, unlimited at 4,600 and 18,000, 13,400 apart inside a run of 14,001 that 26 of 44 listed camps print; one private at 1,300 and 1,200, 100 apart inside a run of 900 that 22 of 44 listed camps print. Rates only one of the two publishes are left out, because a line carrying one mark says nothing about two camps.

Not settled here

What we cannot tell you yet

Neither camp has been confirmed on the lines below, so this page does not compare them. They are named rather than left off, because a comparison that only shows the fields it happens to hold is the shape of a page pretending to be complete.

In their own words

What each camp is

Bangkok Fight Lab

A city gym two minutes from On Nut BTS that leads with Brazilian jiu-jitsu and runs Muay Thai alongside it, rather than the other way round. That makes it a poor substitute for a traditional Thai camp and a good fit for anyone living in Bangkok who wants more than one art on the same membership. Its own site says beginners are welcome, and there are kids classes and private sessions.

The full record for Bangkok Fight Lab

Eminent Air Muay Thai

A fighters' stable at the end of a residential lane off Sukhumvit 101, founded in 1997 by a Lumpini promoter and named after the air conditioner brand that has sponsored it ever since. One ring under a pitched roof with the sides open, walls carrying three decades of fight photographs, and a roster of stadium champions the gym names itself. The record has a gap worth reading twice: the only timetable published is labelled fighters' training, twice a day with sparring and clinching in both sessions, and a single session is sold to anybody who turns up for 500 baht. Nothing on the page says which of those two things a visitor gets. Closed Saturday and Sunday.

What people ask about Bangkok Fight Lab and Eminent Air Muay Thai

Every figure below is read off the two records at build time rather than written by hand, so a question neither camp has published anything behind is left out instead of answered softly.
Is Bangkok Fight Lab or Eminent Air Muay Thai cheaper?
Bangkok Fight Lab, on the line most trips are booked on. A month of unlimited training is 4,600 baht there against 18,000 baht at Eminent Air Muay Thai, a gap of 13,400 baht. They both quote 3 other priced lines, and Bangkok Fight Lab is lower on one and Eminent Air Muay Thai is lower on 2. A cheaper month is not a cheaper trip. Food, a room where the camp has none and the flight home all sit outside these figures, and a camp that is 2,000 baht dearer a month is the cheaper of the two the moment it saves you a daily taxi.
What is the difference between Bangkok Fight Lab and Eminent Air Muay Thai?
4 of the 4 lines both camps publish come out different: a single group session, a week of unlimited training, a month of unlimited training and a private session. Bangkok Fight Lab publishes whether beginners are taken, and Eminent Air Muay Thai publishes how many sessions a day run. What separates two camps on the mats is the trainer you get put with, and no camp publishes that. Use the lines above to cut the list down, then ask both.
Is Bangkok Fight Lab or Eminent Air Muay Thai better for a beginner?
Only one of them is placed either way. Bangkok Fight Lab reads as a fit for a beginner and Eminent Air Muay Thai publishes nothing we could read it from, so its line stays blank rather than get a guess. That is a call made at a desk from what each camp publishes about who it trains, not a verdict from the mats. A gym built around a fight team will take a beginner's money and leave them holding pads at the back for a month, so ask both how a first session actually runs before you book either.
How far apart are Bangkok Fight Lab and Eminent Air Muay Thai?
About 2.6 km in a straight line, measured between the two pins rather than along a road, so a motorbike covers more ground than that and traffic decides the rest. Both camps sit in Bangkok. That is a ride rather than a walk, so trying both in one trip means picking a base and paying to cross, or splitting the stay in two.

Every figure on this page came off a camp’s own website. Bangkok Fight Lab was read on 2026-09-02 and Eminent Air Muay Thai on 2026-10-14. Camps change prices without changing the page the price is printed on. If one of these is wrong, or if you know a line neither camp publishes, tell us and we will date the change.
